Ian Docker of the Staplehurst Monarchs has been voted as manager of the month in the SCEFL.

The team had a 100% record in December with three league wins and one cup statement.

The Presence & Co. Southern Counties East Football League (SCEFL) is part of the national league system, at steps five and six.
