Maidstone Borough Council is seeking a builder

The former Springfield library site is due to start development at the end of the year and be completed in 2027.

The £105m project is due to provide a range of one, two, and three-bedroom flats and 68 parking spaces.

Approved plans for the site show the building will reach up to 10 floors.
