The Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is ranked 12th in England in new league tables published today.
Moorfields Eye Hospital ranks as number one and is considered a specialist hospital.
In the trusts classified as 'large', MTW ranks at number two.
In all, over 130 trusts in England were ranked in the table.
