Councillors from Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Ashford suspended

Four Reform UK county councillors have been suspended by the party in Kent.

“Councillors Paul Thomas, Oliver Bradshaw, Bill Barrett and Maxine Fothergill have had the whip suspended pending investigation, following evidence that they brought the party into disrepute”, said a spokesperson.

The councillors were elected to the following wards
Bill Barrett (Ashford Rural South)
Oliver Bradshaw (Maidstone Central)
Maxine Fothergill (Sevenoaks Rural, North East)
Paul Thomas (Maidstone South)

The Kent County Council website lists the four councillors as independent,
