Wellbeing support hub in a calm, café-style lounge where visitors can relax, chat, network and connect with others.
Iden Manor Nursing Home has launched IDEN Plus, a community health and wellbeing support hub designed to give local people somewhere friendly, practical and trusted to turn to for advice, connection and everyday support. The range of support services on offer include help with navigating health and social care, the chance to speak with a nurse, foot health practitioner services, hearing and ear checks, health check MOTs, and access to local support networks.
